Big Bar utilizes cutting-edge technology to minimize e-liquid waste. The devices are engineered to deliver the maximum number of puffs from every drop.
The Big Bar products have been reviewed by the CTSI Lead Officer Vaping at Trading Standard, and have been accepted as compliant with the UK regulations and approved for ‘MHRA Listed’ status on 12 June 2024.

The product mainly consists of two parts and has the following refilling features:
(1) A refillable e-cigarette pre-filled with 2mL of e-liquid (which can be used directly by the user), which complies with the volume requirements of UK TRPR.
(2) A 10/2 mL dedicated refill container that complies with the volume requirements of UK TRPR
(3) A key feature of the product system is the leak-free refilling mechanism. The refill container, once attached to the device, acts as a docking system, releasing refill liquids into the tank only when the two are connected, as per the stipulation in UK TRPR. This ensures a seamless, spill-free experience for the user.
(4) The product is designed to be child-resistant and leak free once assembled with no access to the e-liquid.
(5) After the refilling is completed, users can remove the 10mL refill container from the 2mL tank without oil leakage.
